Corrective Action: Install proper planking and
guardrails and provide and require the use of hardhats. |

Standard: 1926.501(b)(1) or (13),
1926.451(c)(1): Employees working on the top level of roof
greater than 6 foot fall without adequate fall protection. Cross
braces are not installed at all locations creating a possible stability
hazard on this tubular welded scaffold.
Corrective Action: Employer needs to provide
fall protection to employees at all working levels and the fall distance
needs to be limited to 6 foot fall distance. Reference 1926.502 for Fall
protection systems and criteria and practices.
Provide cross bracing at all locations where the horizontal members support
the outer and inner legs. See manufacturer's guidelines. |

Corrective Action:
Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be
fully planked or decked. Guardrail system shall be installed along all open
sides and ends of the platform. |

incorrect scaffold.
Corrective Action:
