circumstance.

This electrical outreach tool is designed to assist users in identification and
avoidance of hazards associated with electricity in the workplace. To provide
appropriate assistance to employers, employees, and safety and health
professionals, in an effort to reduce injuries caused by hazards associated with
working around electricity.
