To help you take advantage of all the offerings, we’ve prepared a summary of the association’s educational sessions scheduled thus far. These events are open to MCASF Members only.
May 21st Manager Training Workshop: Managing Conflict and Confrontation Part 2 - Dealing with Difficult People

In this follow-up to our March workshop, attendees will learn how to successfully interact with difficult people. Attendees will be taught how to understand challenging personality types and how to derail "problem people" to bring out the best in others.

starting a culture of profitability. Attendees will learn how to strategically manage risk and gain insights into developing effective strategic plans and key factors to implement and maintain them. Senior management, owners and project managers won’t want to miss this excellent class.

June 12th Lunch & Learn: Workers Comp and Safety

Earn two of Florida’s required 1 hour modules at once! Attendees will obtain a review and update Workplace Safety issues, as well as changes to relevant state workers comp rules and laws that affect contractors doing business in the state of Florida.
